Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all customers/passengers utilising the services offered by S2S Taxi for hiring the taxis:

By booking a taxi through S2S Taxi’s website, app, or helpline, the customer agrees to comply with all stated terms. S2S Taxi serves as a booking platform, connecting passengers with registered drivers. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and service area coverage. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate information and being ready at the pickup point on time. Cancellations and delays may incur charges as per the company's policy. S2S Taxi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

The Services will meet the customer's requirements.

S2S Taxi shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the Customer, arising out of the use of taxi services offered by S2S Taxi, or due to the failure of S2S Taxi to provide services for any reason whatsoever. This includes, but is not limited to, the Customer’s non-compliance with voice instructions, system malfunction, or the partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, telecommunication system, or other technical infrastructure—whether or not such issues are within the control of S2S Taxi or any related organization.

There shall be extra charges for far off locations & toll charges as well.

If any passenger misses the train, flight or bus, S2S Taxi will not be liable for any compensation. The customer shall make an alternate arrangement if the cab has not reached due to any reason.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless S2S Taxi from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, charges, expenses (including full legal costs), claims, demands, actions, or proceedings that S2S Taxi may incur, sustain, or be subjected to—directly or indirectly—arising out of or in connection with the Customer’s use or intended use of the Services. The Customer shall be liable to pay such amounts to S2S Taxi upon demand.

Booking Termination

S2S Taxi reserves the right to cancel or terminate any taxi booking made by the Customer at any time without prior notice or reason.

Customer Responsibility for Personal Belongings

Customers are strongly advised to take full responsibility for their personal belongings. In the event of lost items inside the taxi, S2S Taxi will make reasonable efforts to locate and return them but is not liable for any loss or damage.

Reporting Complaints or Lost Items

Any lost property or service-related complaint must be reported to S2S Taxi in writing within 24 hours of completing the journey.

Chauffeur Conduct

S2S Taxi is not responsible for the conduct or behavior of the chauffeur. However, we encourage customers to report any misconduct so appropriate action can be taken.

Amendments to Terms

S2S Taxi may modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Call Recording

All calls to S2S Taxi’s customer support center are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.

Vehicle Tracking

All taxis affiliated with S2S Taxi are GPS-tracked continuously for passenger safety and operational monitoring.

Marketing and Communication

S2S Taxi may use customer contact details for internal marketing and promotional communication, including SMS updates to registered mobile numbers.

Cancellations

Booking cancellations must be made via the S2S Taxi mobile app or by calling our customer care line. Cancellation charges may apply based on the timing and status of the booking.

The above-mentioned Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the User(s) and S2S Taxi regarding the access to and use of the website and services provided. This agreement supersedes any prior written or verbal communications, understandings, or agreements related to the same subject matter.
